Catholic Family Services is committed to our Performance and Quality Improvement process. This process encourages anyone- staff, clients, community members, and more- to suggest improvements. In addition, agency staff consistently review data from programs and services to see if there are opportunities to improve. These suggestions are then used to create positive changes.
